Kosmos Triops World

Breed triops yourself and be up close when they hatch, grow, change their shells, burrow in the sand and lay eggs. The extra-large tank is ideal for observing, offers the primeval crabs plenty of space to swim and has a separate hatching area. The research booklet explains step by step how the triops are raised and cared for and contains exciting experiments on the behaviour of the animals. Through daily observation and regular care of the triops, children from 8 to 14 years learn to take initial responsibility for animals. Experiment set with sand, special food, magnifying glass and eggs, among other things. The Triops eggs come from controlled and sustainable laboratory breeding, they were not taken from the wild.
