Winmau Blade 6 Dual Core

The Blade 6 Dual Core uses Winmau's patented Dual Core technology. The two differently pressed sisal layers provide a seamless, highly visible playing surface and for higher scores. The inner core is particularly densely pressed. This increases the resistance below the surface, absorbing excess kinetic energy and improving the durability of the dartboard. The outer sisal layer is less densely pressed. This provides reduced surface resistance for easier dart penetration with low bounce. The pioneering wiring of the Blade 6 consists of the Density Control wire, which provides optimal fiber density and improved hold of the darts in the double, triple and bullseye zones. The ultra-thin wire at a 60° angle directs the darts into the hitting area and significantly reduces the number of bouncers. The bullseye and outerbull have a 25% thinner wire compared to the Blade 5. This results in an even larger scoring area in the bullseye and higher scores can be achieved more easily. Another selling point is the quality of the sisal used. Winmau uses the finest African sisal for its dartboards.
