Application
Cleanse the face thoroughly as usual. Apply a moisturizer or eye cream (which is not oil-based) and wait 1-2 minutes until it is completely absorbed. Apply the eye cream to the fingertip and rub between the two index fingers until the cream becomes colourless. Gently pat in from the inner corner of the eye outwards. Then hold a neutral facial expression for about 3 minutes until the cream is absorbed. To avoid a habituation effect, a break of about 5 days should be taken every 4 weeks.
