Shipping and payment

At Prime Care, we ensure that our Swiss health and beauty products are delivered to you safely and transparently. Below you will find detailed information regarding our shipping methods, costs, and payment options. Prime Care operated by Prime Care AG.

1. Payment Methods

We provide secure payment processing via payment provider. All transactions are encrypted and compliant with PCI DSS standards. We accept the following payment methods:
Credit/Debit Cards:  Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.
Digital Wallets:  Apple Pay, Google Pay.
Compliance: Our payment procedures follow the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP)¹ and Directive (EU) 2015/2366 (PSD2)² on payment services.

2. Shipping Destinations and Partners

We ship worldwide from our facility in Switzerland:
Address: Huebacher 36, CH-8153 Rümlang, Switzerland.
Partners:  * Swiss Post: International standard delivery.
FedEx: International express delivery.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (DDP vs. DAP)

In accordance with Incoterms® 2020³, we apply different terms based on the destination:
United States (USA) – DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Prime Care acts as the Importer of Record for all US orders. Per 19 CFR (U.S. Customs Regulations)⁴, we cover all import duties, taxes, and clearance fees. The price at checkout is your final price.
Rest of the World – DAP (Delivered At Place): For all other international destinations, orders are shipped DAP. Per the EU Union Customs Code (Regulation (EU) No 952/2013)⁵, customers are responsible for local VAT, import duties, and customs handling fees in their respective countries.

4. Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination. You can view the exact shipping fee in your cart before checkout.
Processing: 1–2 business days.
Standard Shipping: 5–15 business days.
Express Shipping (FedEx): 2–5 business days.
Tracking: All orders include a tracking number provided via email upon dispatch.

5. Legal Guarantee and Returns

All shipments are subject to the Swiss Code of Obligations (Art. 184 et seq. OR)⁶. For information on your right of withdrawal (14 days for EU/UK customers) and return procedures, please visit our Return and Refund Policy.
