- Within Switzerland
- Free delivery from an order value of CHF 100.
- Below an order value of CHF 50.00, delivery costs of CHF 8.90 apply
- Under one Order values of CHF 100.00 will incur delivery costs of CHF 6.90
- Delivery around the world
- The shipping cost depends on the weight of the shipment and is indicated on the checkout page.
Delivery times
On the individual product pages show when the product expected to be sent. The order will be shipped on working days processed within 24 hours and then sent by priority mail Sent priority with Swiss Post.
Saturday delivery
At the end of the ordering process, a Saturday delivery can be selected will. Еhe surcharge for Saturday delivery:
- Up to CHF 100.- surcharge of CHF 11.90
- Up to CHF 200.- Surcharge of CHF 5.
- From an order amount of CHF 200 - no surcharges

Orders from abroad
We are happy to ship orders abroad. The shipping address must be a physical address.
Shipping of medicines
We can only ship medicines if you provide the proper documentation. Without documents, you can buy products up to the pharmacy category "E".
For pharmacies: a copy of the license for pharmaceutical activity, a copy from the company register + a link to verify the company.
For doctors: a copy of the diploma or an extract from the registration of state bodies on the activities of the doctor, a link to institutions for checking medical activities.
For buyers with a pharmaceutical license: a copy of the license, a link to the authority for license verification.
Our manager may require additional documents for verification.
