Terms and Conditions

Prices

All prices are in CHF (Swiss Francs) and include VAT. If you have chosen another currency, the price is calculated at the current exchange rate in the selected currency.

Order

All orders are binding. We ship your order by priority mail. Delivery is usually made within 1-2 business days to your address in Switzerland or abroad.

Payment

Payment is made when ordering via PayPal, credit card, prepayment, invoice. Invoices must be paid within the 10-day period indicated on the invoice. We reserve the right to receive credit reports.

Delivery and liability

Orders are inspected upon dispatch and packaging as usual. The danger and risk associated with the shipped products pass to the buyer when the goods are shipped.

Confidentiality

The customer data that you enter when placing an order or registering is stored electronically in our secure database. The data is subject to the legal provisions on data protection and is only used for internal purposes. We do not share your data with third parties.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

The provisions of Swiss law apply. The place of jurisdiction for all claims in connection with your order is the registered office PrimeCare.swiss.

Final provisions

When selling these goods, the General Terms and Conditions shall apply exclusively in the wording in force at the time of the conclusion of the relevant contract. Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions become or become invalid, this will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. In addition, PrimeCare.swissreserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time.



Thank you for shopping at PrimeCare.swiss Your satisfaction is important to us; however, we do have certain limitations on our return and refund policy.

No Refunds in the Following Cases:

  1. Unclaimed Packages: If a customer does not claim their parcel at the post office upon receipt, no refund will be issued. Funds will not be refunded for unclaimed packages.
  2. Import Taxes: Customers based in Europe but not only, are fully responsible for any import taxes that may be charged. Failure to pay these taxes will result in the package being returned to us, and such orders will not be reimbursed.
  3. Customs Hold in Destination Country: If a package is held at the customs of the destination country, funds will not be refunded. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the items ordered are allowed in their country.
  4. Customs Return from Destination Country: If a package is returned to us by the customs of the destination country, no refund will be provided. It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of and handle any customs regulations and restrictions for their country.

Important: If you have faced one of the situations listed in points 1-4 above, your order will not be reimbursed.

Shipping Address and Recipient:

  • No Changes After Shipment: Once the package has been shipped, we cannot change the destination address or the recipient.
  • Changes Before Shipment: If the customer requests to change the destination address or recipient before the package is sent, this may incur additional shipping costs.

Returned Packages:

  • If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed, PrimeCare will keep the package for two weeks from the date the package is received back. We will notify the customer about this situation via the email provided during the ordering process.
  • Within this two-week period, customers may opt for re-shipment. The re-shipping fee will be the original shipping cost plus a 30 CHF penalty.

Cases for Reimbursement:

  1. Missing or Damaged Items: PrimeCare.swiss will reimburse the cost if items are either missing or damaged from the package. However, to qualify for a refund or replacement:
    • Evidence of the missing or damaged items must be provided at the post office or upon receiving the package.
  2. No refunds or replacements will be issued for missing or damaged items reported after the package has been accepted and taken into the customer's possession without immediate evidence.
  3. Lost in Delivery: If a package is confirmed to be missing and not delivered, and this is verified by appropriate evidence, PrimeCare.swiss will issue a full refund or resend the items to the customer.
  4. Switzerland Customs Issues: If a package is stopped and held by customs in Switzerland and does not leave the country, a full refund for the order will be issued.

Note: If you have evidence and proofs for cases that qualify for reimbursement, please feel free to request a refund. Upon receipt and confirmation of all required data, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 48 hours.
