Place the folded bed on its feet and pull it apart. First fold the short and then the long sides upwards until they are audibly engaged. Only then press the middle of the bottom and then the entire bottom down until it is flat and stable. When dismantling, proceed in reverse. So loosen the bottom by pulling it upwards and then unlock the short and then the long side parts.
