Ellamed Vaginal cones

Controlled training for your pelvic floor muscles ellamed is the gentle tool to consciously perceive and strengthen the pelvic floor muscles. ellamed® offers three different shapes and 3 different weights. Therefore ellamed® is the ideal aid for beginners as well as for women who train their pelvic floor regularly. All ellamed® vaginal cones are made of medical silicone and, because they are cast in one piece, can also be cleaned very easily. The enclosed silk bag allows for hygienic and discreet storage. How are the cones used? The training time per unit is 10 to 15 minutes. To build up the pelvic floor muscles, 3 to 7 workouts per week are ideal; to maintain a strong pelvic floor, 1 to 3 sessions per week are sufficient.
