With the aquarium precious quartz gravel from Deep Sea you can design your aquarium great. But wash the gravel thoroughly with lukewarm water a few times before use to prevent dirt and dust in the aquarium.
How much gravel/sand do I need for my aquarium?
Calculation formula: (length(cm) x width (cm) x gravel height (cm) x 1.6): 1000 = kg gravel/sand
Example:
For an aquarium 100x50x50cm and gravel height 8cm calculate: (100 x 50 x 8 x 1.6) :1000= 64kg.
