FINigrana Aleppo soap, olive with pure essential lavender oil in practical tinplate soap tin and gift box. The main ingredient is olive oil, made from the fruit of the olive tree (botanical
Olea Europea) produced. It originated in the Mediterranean region and is one of the oldest cultivated and useful plants. Its wood grows slowly, is strongly branched, its roots are deep and allow the tree to get enough water for its growth. It tolerates high heat but not frost. Olive leaves that are years old are shed regardless of the season, because the olive tree is an evergreen plant. Its narrow, lance-shaped leaves are leathery green on top and shiny silvery underneath. On this silvery leaf underside are fine, star-shaped scale hairs, the so-called "STAR Hairs", which protect the foliage from drying out. Water escaping from the opening crevices is captured and returned to the leaf!
A comparable effect takes place with the use of olive soap on the human skin. The moisturizing olive oil, cleans, nourishes and cares for the skin without drying or irritating it. The self-regulating function of the skin is stimulated and promotes its re-fattening. A protective layer is formed and the skin can breathe and sweat. The classic olive soap with fragrance is the lavender soap. After the olive oil saponification is completed, the pure essential lavender oil is added. "Oleum Lavandula Angustifolia" is gently extracted from the flowers and stems of the lavender bush by steam distillation. Lavender oil has a wonderful floral scent, is very well tolerated by the skin, relaxes, soothes and has a disinfectant effect.
Stored between the laundry in the closet, the lavender soap spreads its intense fragrance and is a classic remedy against moths.
