Lockhart's Phantasm Matte Cream When developing PHANTASM Sculpting Cream, Mike Smith (@modernmantv) had a vision to create a highly adhesive cream product that used a sugar-based fixative, washed out easily with water, and added tons of nutrients (especially keratin) to the hair. Lockhart's wanted to challenge Mike to formulate the prototype for this product. What he created far exceeded their expectations. When he brought it into the Lockhart's lab, there were just a few tweaks needed to make this product truly unique and scale it accordingly.
