DulcoSoft DUO should be used when, despite healthy habits, constipation is accompanied by flatulence. The composition of macrogol 4000 draws water into the intestines, hydrates the stool and makes it softer, increases bowel movement and facilitates defecation, and simethicone helps disperse the trapped gas that causes flatulence. It is also quite safe as it is not absorbed by the body, and therefore can be taken by pregnant or breastfeeding women under medical supervision.Directions:It is recommended to take 2 to 5 level scoops per day for adults and children over 12 years of age, and for children from 6 months to 12 years of age, depending on their weight: from 6 to 10 kg, 1 scoop; from 10 to 15 kg, 1 to 2 scoops; and from 16 to 43 kg, 2 to 4 scoops. One measuring spoon corresponds to 4.5 g and should be taken at the end of preparation dissolved in water or other drink. This dosage should be increased or decreased according to the patient's needs, up to a maximum of 4 tablespoons for children up to 12 years of age and 10 tablespoons for adults.
