The FFP2 respirator from Promed contains filter material that can filter out the smallest airborne particles such as viruses or dust with a filtering performance of ≥ 95%. A prerequisite for this is the correct wearing and intended use of the respirator. After donning the face mask, there must be no gaps between the face and the mask. Otherwise, contaminated air can bypass the particle filtration when inhaled. Particularly in the case of beard wearers, care must be taken to ensure that the mask is correctly fitted - snugly against the face.
The adjustable nose clip and the elastic ear elastics, made of soft stretch material, increase the wearing comfort and ensure a secure fit of the mask.
