What is the dosage?
This 150 ml bottle contains 60 daily doses of 2.5 ml each.
Recommended daily dose adults and children 3 years and older: 1 teaspoon (2.5 ml) per day (measuring spoon is in the package).
Do not take on an empty stomach, but during or after a meal, preferably a meal with other fats (e.g. vegan yogurt alternative for breakfast or bread for lunch or dinner). Due to its taste, the oil can also be used very well in e.g. oatmeal, vegan yogurt alternative, salad, shakes, smoothies, etc.
What is the best way to store this supplement?
This bottle should be stored unopened in a dark place (at room temperature or in the refrigerator). The opened bottle should always be stored in the refrigerator and used within 4 months. The algae oil may become cloudy. This does not negatively affect the quality. Shake before use.
