What exactly do we need vitamin D for?
Among other things, it contributes to the maintenance of the normal function of the immune system and to a normal calcium level in the blood. The sun's rays, which we absorb through our skin, enable our body to produce vitamin D itself. Exactly right: no sun means no or too little vitamin D. Well, not exactly, because we can also absorb vitamin D3 through our food. The vitamin D3 oil serves as a dietary supplement and should be supported by a balanced and varied diet.
The oil contains 1000 I.E per drop and consists of vitamin D3 oil and coconut based MCT oil. The D3 oil is derived from lanolin.
Recommended consumption
It can be taken daily pure or as an ingredient in a smoothie. The 50 ml glass bottle contains a high-quality pipette, which allows for easy dosage. The consumption amount of one drop should not be exceeded. One drop contains around 25 µg of vitamin D3.
