Recommended intake:
Give 1 1/4 measuring spoon (40g = 1 serving) INTENSITY NO-X in 400ml water and dissolve the powder by stirring vigorously. The easiest way to prepare it is in a shaker. Drink 1 serving of INTENSITY NO-X about 30-45 minutes before training. The maximum daily dosage must not exceed 1 serving. INTENSITY NO-X should only be consumed before training. Do not use on non-training days. Note: INTENSITY NO-X may cause weight gain. Use only for training or competition. The product is not suitable for children, teenagers and pregnant women.
