Hy-Pro Deluxe contains the 4 highest quality protein types casein (milk protein), milk protein isolate, whey protein concentrate and egg albumin. Inferior protein types such as pea, rice, wheat or potato protein are not included. The average protein content is over 77.2g per 100g powder.
Carbohydrates
Hy-Pro Deluxe contains no additional carbohydrate sources such as dextrose, maltodextrin or polysaccharides. Due to its low carbohydrate content (7.7g) Hy-Pro Deluxe is the optimal protein source for a low-carbohydrate diet (e.g. ketogenic diet).
Grease
The natural fat content of the 4 protein components is on average 1.6g per 100g powder. Hy-Pro Deluxe is therefore also the ideal protein concentrate for extremely low-fat diets.
