Description

GEL 100 CAF 100 contains 100 mg caffeine - the equivalent of 1.5 espressos or a cup of brewed coffee. Compared to most traditional gels on the market, this is a lot. It provides 25 grams of carbohydrates in a unique blend of fructose and glucose (ratio 0.8:1), which allows the absorption of up to 100 grams of carbohydrates per hour. The gel is characterised by a high energy-to-weight ratio and contains no added flavours, preservatives or colourings. And like all our products, it is suitable for vegans.
Use the GEL 100 CAF 100 alone for shorter periods of exertion or combine it with other Maurten products to provide sufficient energy throughout your activity.
