The proportion of malate in L-Citrulline Malate Ultra Strong is derived from malic acid and ensures a particularly good absorption of the amino acid L-citrulline in the body. The boost during training comes mainly from the participation of citrulline in the NO and L-arginine synthesis, respectively metabolism (see also: "Citrulline Effect" below). The formula is sugar-free and also has no other carbohydrates. With less than 0.5% fat per 100g, CM 2:1 Ultra Strong is also virtually fat-free.
With the 100% Citrulline Malate Ultra Strong, we have exceptionally omitted the addition of flavor. It is a pure booster formula. Citrulline Malate has a positive effect on the blood flow and thus on the nutrient and oxygen transport in the body as well as on the promotion of glucose transport due to its vasodilating properties (vasodilation). The long-lasting, increased performance is the citrulline effect that bodybuilders, athletes and martial artists take advantage of. The effect lasts longer than with L-Arginine. This is partly due to the fact that citrulline slows down the degradation of L-arginine, but increases its effectiveness. This is because both amino acids play together (synergy) and have essential roles in nitric oxide synthesis (NO synthesis), which is responsible for the stimulating effect and the positive influence on performance. More NO leads, as described, to a better supply of the musculature. A not to be underestimated effect of L-citrulline also lies in the reduction of fatigue symptoms.

Recommended consumption
Add 3g powder (one heaped teaspoon) and 250ml cold water to blender cup and shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Drink one serving 30min before your workout.
