ESN EAA (500g can)

The ESN EAA contain eight essential amino acids, such as L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine, which the body cannot produce itself. Especially during hard training sessions, these amino acids are particularly valuable to drive the muscles to peak performance. As ESN EAA are quickly absorbed by the body, the nutrients are immediately available.

Recommended consumption
Stir 14g powder (1 scoop) into 500 ml water. Fill the measuring spoon loosely or one tablespoon full. The preparation is best done with a hand shaker by shaking the powder dissolves completely and the amino drink is "crystal clear". Please do not shake too vigorously. The consumption is particularly recommended before, during or after training. On non-training days, take one serving in the morning after getting up.
