Take 2 capsules per day (e.g. morning and evening) after meals. The capsules can also be opened and the powder taken with water or tea. Not above 40 degrees.
Do not exceed the specified daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet.
