It is ideal to take the capsule just before or just after a meal.
What are the ingredients?
- Schizochytrium sp. algae oil, glycerin, modified starch, carrageenan ( algae extract ), disodium carbonate , water, natural rosemary extract, antioxidant (tocopherols, ascorbyl palmitate).
- Vitamin E-containing natural antioxidant protects the delicate omega-3 fatty acids.
- Plant tocopherols (e.g. alpha-tocopherol) are vitamin E and protect the sensitive omega-3 fatty acids as an antioxidant. <1 mg per capsule.
- Ascorbyl palmitate is the fat-soluble form of vitamin C and (like rosemary extract) also protects sensitive omega-3 fatty acids as an antioxidant. <1 mg per capsule.
- Schizochytrium sp. is the name of the algae species. We are required by law to indicate it.
- Glycerin is a thickening agent that, together with starch (see FAQ) and carrageenan, forms the capsule shell. Together 25% of the total capsule.
- Disodium phosphate is a standard dietary acidity regulator, which in a tiny amount (<3 mg) helps to ensure the strength of the capsule.
- The capsule is free of artificial flavors and free of preservatives, colors or sweeteners.
What is the dosage?
Recommended use: 1 capsule per day.
For greater needs, adults can take a maximum of 6 capsules per day.
Do not take algae oil capsules on an empty stomach, but just before or immediately after a meal.
