Application:
Apply as close as possible to the lash line. Then paint the eyeliner in two strokes: from the inner corner of the eye to the center and then from the outside to the line already painted. To emphasize the eye below as well, simply draw the kohl on the waterline.
Important: Please use a cosmetic pencil sharpener for re-sharpening.
