They can climb up to the house via the ladder to go inside and then go down from the long slide. And then they are not done yet, because under the playhouse there is also a sandbox where they can bake sand cakes together. In this playhouse they can tell each other the most beautiful secrets. Once they close the windows and doors, no one can eavesdrop on them! Liam is a versatile wooden playhouse with a semicircular door and windows. The door has a mailbox, which allows children to throw mail when they play letter carrier. The playhouse features modern brown/white colors and fits perfectly in any contemporary garden. The Liam playhouse has a platform height of 118 cm and is equipped with a large slide of 228 cm in length. Once the kids are done playing, the sandbox can be easily covered with the included cover.

Sustainability
Liam playhouse is made of FSC 100% hemlock wood and has a roof made of FSC 100% cypress wood, both from sustainably managed forests. Hemlock and cypress do not splinter and are naturally resistant to weathering such as rain, making them resistant to rotting. The wood is treated with a water-based stain, making it virtually maintenance free. This natural-based stain is not harmful to the environment and is safe for children (no chemicals). With a warranty period of 10 years, you and your children can enjoy years of carefree fun.

Playhouse Liam has a platform height of 118 cm and a total height of 291 cm. The playhouse is 255 cm long and 377 cm wide. With an interior size of 115 x 113 cm and a ridge height of approximately 166 cm, Liam is a medium-sized wooden playhouse.

Easy assembly
AXI playhouses are made of pre-assembled (prefab) panels, with possible windows and doors pre-assembled. The parts are usually pre-drilled, so the house can be assembled in no time.
