First of all we would like to inform you about your legal rights: legal right of warranty for defects, legal right of withdrawal for consumers, general legal claims for damages. The legal rights are not limited by the warranty in each case.
The content of the guarantee is a durability guarantee on all wooden parts on the purchased item. The warranty includes a liability of Wickey for the rotting of wooden parts on the purchased item due to weather conditions. The warranty does not apply if the defect in the wooden parts was caused by incorrect assembly of the wooden parts or if the defect was caused by damage to the wooden parts as a result of improper use or improper storage, storm damage, flood damage or tap water damage.
Delivery
Larger packages, such as play towers and swings, are delivered by forwarding agency. The delivery is made after telephone appointment free curb. As a rule, unloading is done with a lift truck. In some exceptional cases, the delivery must be unloaded by hand. In this case we ask you expressly for support.
In the case of forwarding articles, such as play towers and swings, delivery is made after prior telephone agreement between the forwarding company and you. Therefore, it is important that you please be sure to provide a correct phone number.
