The warranty includes a liability of Wickey for the rotting of wooden parts on the purchased item due to weather conditions. The warranty does not apply if the defect in the wooden parts was caused by incorrect assembly of the wooden parts or if the defect was caused by damage to the wooden parts as a result of improper use or improper storage, storm damage, flood damage or tap water damage.
Delivery
Larger packages, such as play towers and swings, are delivered by forwarding agency. The delivery is made after telephone appointment free curb. As a rule, unloading is done with a lift truck.
